Not Enough Fabric?
Have you ever desperately wanted to make an item from a length of fabric you didn’t have quite enough of?
Next time, try this. Spread your fabric out in a single layer instead of doubling it. This will give you more flexibility in arranging your pattern pieces and you may be able to squeeze them all in.
Just remember to cut opposites for the pattern pieces you need two of — flipping the second piece over to the wrong side. You may even want to cut out duplicate pattern pieces to use, just to be on the safe side.
