Store smaller scraps in ziploc bags and larger scraps folded in clear or translucent boxes or bins. This way, you'll be able to easily see your scraps at a glance. Just keep the bins out of direct sunlight to prevent fading of the fabric. You may also want to sort your scraps by color for easy retrieval when you'd like to sew a project that uses multiple fabrics from the same color family.

And for any fabric scraps that are truly too small to small to sew with, you can chop them up and use them for stuffing for any stuffed animal or softie projects you make in the future, placing them into a bag or bin for storage.
